We’re enjoying a beautiful Indian Summer. Alas, we are in autumn and each day brings us closer to winter. Winter begins early at our elevation in the mountains and normally we can expect permanent snow, beginning anytime after November 1. The greenskeepers need to get the course prepared for winter before it strikes, so yesterday marked the course closure for 2015. I managed to get in a couple of games before today and I took a camera along to capture some of the autumn colours. Following are a few of my favourites from my last round.
Nicely presented images of Stewart Creek in the fall, Peter. Careful composition in each, as one would expect. I particularly like “Hanging Wall” with its excellent capture of both foreground colour and background light on the mountains.
